Absolutely. All readings are private and treated with complete respect and confidentiality.
9. Do I need to believe for it to work?
Not at all. Tarot and spiritual guidance work as tools for reflection and insight. You’re welcome to come with an open mind and take what resonates with you.
10. Do you offer refunds for readings?
All readings are final. We do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed, as time, energy, and preparation go into every reading. If you need to reschedule, please contact us via email in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
11. Do you offer refunds for products?
All product sales are final. Due to the personal and energetic nature of our items, especially custom spell work and spiritually prepared tools we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Each product is created or selected with care and intention, and we ensure it is in perfect condition before it reaches you.
However, if your item arrives damaged or broken during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
12. How long will my order take to arrive ?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
